Carrot and Goat Milk Soap

As many of you may have already heard, is that Goat Milk is great for the body and face as per its nourishing and moisturizing properties it imparts. But did you know that carrots are not just great for the eyes, but also a fantastic veggie for the skin too?

You will find that several of the high end anti-aging products include carrot oil. and there are many reasons why.

Adding puree fruit and veggies is nothing new in the soap world, but I wanted to make, and what I felt was a very powerful facial soap...and IMO these two combined (including the other ingredients) make this a powerful combination, indeed!

Sodium Hydroxide - LYE

Frozen Puree Carrots


Frozen Goat Milk


Unrefined Shea Butter

For added OOMPH!
I added carrot powder to the batch. 
Carrot powder contains the following vitamins and minerals to nourish your skin: Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, E, K, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium.


Lye solution and melted oils and butters, including GSE (Grapefruit seed extract)

Reaching very heavy trace
Into the mold you go!

Textured the soap
Almost good enough to eat!
